staff was amazing! i appreciated how friendly mehedi and gobinda were, the barmen remembered my orders. henry always had a smile, it made me smile too. the rooms felt comfy and they were always kept clean. the communal areas smelled lovely.
the food was not the best. i chose to eat out on several nights because of this. snack options in the day seemed basic, like sandwiches and fruit. drinks tasted okay but the spirits upset my stomach a little.

The staff was helpful. George and Chet at the bar were amazing and created great cocktails. Henry in the dining area was very attentive, always checking on our experience. Cosmin led an entertainment team that kept things fun with activities like water aerobics, and Yanni was very kind and helpful. I appreciated her confidence.
The corridor was noisy, and I could hear everything from outside my room. This made sleeping difficult at times.

the rooms were cleaned to a very high standard with fresh towels and bedding available whenever needed. the smart tv had netflix and youtube and it signed you out automatically. i received water and a sandwich upon arrival due to a late flight this was very thoughtful.
i noticed some activities cost extra such as children's activities at the pool. this meant that the pool area was divided and impacted the inclusive experience for all guests there was a charge of €10 for 10 minutes.

i enjoyed the pool. it was relaxing and i had fun playing games with my family. the staff was amazing, especially nesim, a barmen. he really made my holiday special and he did everything he could to make me happy. the evening entertainment was also epic. i especially enjoyed the different shows each night.
the hotel is showing its age. some areas could use a bit of a refresh to bring them up to par with modern standards.
