an okay stay, some aspects could be better
friendly barmen clean room lovely area bad food basic snack upset stomach
staff was amazing! i appreciated how friendly mehedi and gobinda were, the barmen remembered my orders. henry always had a smile, it made me smile too. the rooms felt comfy and they were always kept clean. the communal areas smelled lovely.
the food was not the best. i chose to eat out on several nights because of this. snack options in the day seemed basic, like sandwiches and fruit. drinks tasted okay but the spirits upset my stomach a little.

Excellent Hotel Staff and Good Amenities
helpful staff great cocktails attentive service fun activities
The staff was helpful. George and Chet at the bar were amazing and created great cocktails. Henry in the dining area was very attentive, always checking on our experience. Cosmin led an entertainment team that kept things fun with activities like water aerobics, and Yanni was very kind and helpful. I appreciated her confidence.
The corridor was noisy, and I could hear everything from outside my room. This made sleeping difficult at times.

The reception staff helped with any needs that arose, this. The bar staff crafted custom drinks. Servers were attentive to everyone's needs, checking in frequently and offering assistance.

The room was cleaned thoroughly and the standard was high. I was grateful. Fresh towels and bedding were provided upon request, appreciated. The room also featured a smart TV with preloaded apps like Netflix!

excellent stay, details that matter
clean rooms smart tv
the rooms were cleaned to a very high standard with fresh towels and bedding available whenever needed. the smart tv had netflix and youtube and it signed you out automatically. i received water and a sandwich upon arrival due to a late flight this was very thoughtful.
i noticed some activities cost extra such as children's activities at the pool. this meant that the pool area was divided and impacted the inclusive experience for all guests there was a charge of €10 for 10 minutes.

the hotel is close to a pharmacy and lidl. the location is good with a short walk to a beach. many bars and restaurants are also within walking distance of the hotel.

i had a variety of food at breakfast. the staff were always smiling and greeted everyone. servers were attentive and checked that we were having a good holiday. they offered a water and sandwich due to our late check-in.

The hotel's food selection at breakfast was diverse and tasty. I found fresh towels in my room daily and appreciated that the bed linen was changed every other day. Viktória at reception upgraded my room (I loved it!).

wonderful services and awesome location
relaxing pool amazing staff varied shows evening entertainment
i enjoyed the pool. it was relaxing and i had fun playing games with my family. the staff was amazing, especially nesim, a barmen. he really made my holiday special and he did everything he could to make me happy. the evening entertainment was also epic. i especially enjoyed the different shows each night.
the hotel is showing its age. some areas could use a bit of a refresh to bring them up to par with modern standards.

the pool area had ample sun loungers. there were also shaded sections, great. the hotel provided varied daytime entertainment, ensuring there was always something to do for every guest.

my standard room had nice pool views. it had fresh towels and bed sheets changed regularly. the room was spacious and provided ample comfort during the whole stay.

the staff was friendly and ready to help. bar staff remembered orders and gave quick service. receptionist answered all my questions and helped me with whatever i wanted.
